Who we are and how to contact us

ParadiseGrove.com is an independent travel publication, not an accommodation booking service or the website of Paradise Grove Holiday Apartments. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or a complaint, email BeachFunAffiliate@gmail.com. Tell us enough to locate the information concerned, but do not send identification documents, card details or sensitive booking information unless a secure method has been agreed.

Browsing and hosting

You can read our guides without creating an account. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include your IP address and request information. See GitHub's privacy statement. We do not operate a checkout or collect payment details on this site.

Google Analytics and cookies

Our pages load Google Analytics automatically; we do not currently display an analytics consent banner. Google Analytics can use cookies and process page views, device/browser information, approximate location and interactions to help us understand how the guides are used. We also measure clicks on labelled affiliate links, recording the article path, destination domain and advertiser identifier—not a purchase confirmation. Our custom click event does not include link query strings or email addresses. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. These controls do not undo processing that has already occurred. Learn more in Google's privacy policy and its partner-site data explanation. Analytics cookies have lifetimes controlled by Google and browser settings.

Affiliate links and other websites

Some clearly labelled links go through Awin to a travel or retail provider. When you follow one, Awin and the destination may process click information and use cookies or similar technology to attribute a qualifying purchase. We may receive a commission. We do not control those other websites, their consent notices or their tracking. Read Awin's privacy information and the destination's policy before providing information or booking. We do not receive your payment-card information through these links.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your enquiry, investigate corrections and handle related follow-up. Messages are handled through Gmail. We retain correspondence while needed for those purposes and related record-keeping; you can ask us to delete it. We may need to retain some information where required by law or to resolve a dispute. We do not add enquiry senders to a marketing list automatically.

Service providers, rights and changes

Hosting, email, analytics and affiliate providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Their policies describe their processing and safeguards. Privacy rights depend on your location and the laws that apply; contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to raise a concern. We will consider your request and explain any limitations. This page will be updated when our practices change.
